About this role
Brooksource is seeking an AI/ML Engineer to enhance consumer experiences in sales and marketing for Medicare shoppers. The role involves designing and implementing AI-focused architectures, developing models, and deploying scalable Python APIs for model inference.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement models using GenAI (LLMs, agentic frameworks) and/or traditional ML on the cloud
- Write and deploy scalable Python APIs for model inference that can run on Kubernetes, ensuring efficient containerization and orchestration of the agentic flows
- Implement and integrate semantic search capabilities to enhance data accessibility and retrieval for analytics and business intelligence
- Utilize agentic coding and version control tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, etc. for code creation, management and collaboration, and manage multiple activities in a fast-paced environment while adhering to best practices in coding and documentation
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in Python using common data science libraries such as scikit-learn and Databricks
- 2-3+ years of experience applying NLP (transformers, gpt, etc.) or LLMs (RAG, vector db, embeddings) in a production setting using large amounts of data with a solid knowledge of NLP concepts
- 5+ years of experience applying Machine Learning techniques in a commercial enterprise, including supervised, unsupervised learning, time-series forecasting and other statistical analyses
- 1+ years of experience designing and implementing MCP and A2A based agentic frameworks in an enterprise setting
- Experience building scalable APIs for the models
- Experience using vision and speech models in GenAI
- Strong written & verbal communication skills; including the ability to present detailed analyses to a broad audience
- Organized self-starter, with drive and commitment; able to work with little supervision
- Strong analytical, quantitative, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
