The Program Manager for Partnering Programs will oversee the implementation and execution of alternative manufacturing strategies for various product lines, working with a cross-functional team to enhance operational efficiency and customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the development and management of this program, follow appropriate practices, and follow necessary processes
- Prioritize projects with input from sales, product management, business development and the business segment leadership
- Key metrics for this role include cost improvement, profit, lead time reduction, standardization
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or business
- 5 plus years of experience in industry with demonstrated skills in program management, cost analysis, price management and process standardization
- Proficient with MS-Office applications
- Travel required will be less or around 25%
- Must be eligible to work in the US with no sponsorship now or in the future
- Ability to create accountability and to lead by example
- Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills
- Strong understanding of operational processes and business acumen
- Solid financial knowledge to understand and participate in ongoing business planning and support bid reviews for the Offers teams
- Excellent collaboration, leadership, and decision-making skills in a team environment, and demonstrated ability to perform and prioritize multiple, simultaneous tasks while maintaining excellent customer service
- Excellent communications skills to effectively and accurately communicate with internal and external customers
- Knowledge of integration within E Houses/Buildings is a plus
- Demonstrated knowledge of supply chain and manufacturing processes
- Advanced Degree in Management
