R1 RCM is building healthcare’s first Revenue Operating System that utilizes AI for efficient hospital billing and reimbursement. The Product Engineer role involves full-stack application engineering with a focus on integrating AI outputs into user-friendly products, requiring collaboration with customers and design teams.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with customers, design, and research to understand real workflows, then ship products that make complex automation feel simple, clear, and trustworthy
- Blend technical depth with product instinct, shaping how healthcare teams interact with intelligent systems
- Comfortable owning features end-to-end - from scoping and design to deployment
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of engineering experience
- At least 2 years of direct React development
- Expert in React, TypeScript, Node.js, SQL, Python
- Comfortable owning features end-to-end - from scoping and design to deployment
- Visual design skills (Figma, Illustrator)
- Passionate about how AI can be cleverly integrated into workflows
