GACC Midwest - German American Chamber of Commerce of the Midwest, Inc. is a global manufacturer of high-performance engineered materials expanding its North American commercial leadership team. The Director of Sales – North America will lead commercial activities, focusing on strategic sales leadership and market development across the United States, while building upon an established customer base and expanding new opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Lead commercial activities across the United States, Canada, and Mexico
- Combine strategic sales leadership with hands-on market development
- Build on an established customer base in the electrical power equipment market
- Expand new opportunities across engineered materials and composite applications
- Lead and develop the existing US sales organization
- Gradually expand the commercial team as the North American platform grows
Requirements:
- Experience in technical B2B manufacturing environments
- Strong business development and market expansion mindset
- Experience leading and growing industrial B2B sales teams
- Ability to develop executive-level customer relationships
- Familiarity with OEM-driven industrial markets
- Relevant industry experience may include: electrical insulation systems, engineered materials, composite materials, industrial components, power equipment supply chains
