TerraClear applies artificial intelligence and robotics to transform agricultural intelligence, helping farmers make informed decisions. They are seeking a Regional Account Manager to build relationships with Growers and Resellers while driving revenue growth through solution-based selling in the Agriculture Industry.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and existing industry relationships
- Identify, research, and qualify potential customers within your assigned territory
- Conduct face-to-face meetings to understand customer needs and present tailored solutions
- Articulate the features, benefits, and value proposition of TerraClear’s products, including: Mapping solutions, Picking Services, Autonomous imaging technology
- Negotiate and close sales deals, including pricing, contracts, purchase orders, and customized solutions
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with Growers, Resellers, and Industry Partners
- Serve as a trusted advisor by deeply understanding customer operations and business challenges
- Represent TerraClear with professionalism and credibility across the agricultural community
- Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, Inside Sales and Product Development) to ensure customer satisfaction and continuous improvement
- Provide regular customer feedback to inform sales strategy, forecasting, and product development
- Maintain accurate documentation and communication using TerraClear systems (Smartsheet, HubSpot, Google Docs, Slack)
