Business Systems Analyst

Turnberry Solutions is a consulting firm focused on business transformation, and they are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join their Business Transformation practice. This role involves diagnosing business challenges, managing change, and driving continuous improvement across transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Data MappingMap tables, fields, and columns from source systems to target systemsEnsure accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all mapping documentationIdentify gaps, discrepancies, or dependencies within the mapping processFunctional ExplanationDocument and explain the functionality, logic, and rationale behind each mapping decisionProvide clear, structured explanations that support development, QA, and business teamsCollaborate with stakeholders to validate mapping logic and ensure alignment with business requirementsDocumentation Review and AlignmentReview existing documentation related to data flows, mappings, and system integrationsAlign new mapping documents with existing standards and frameworksPresent updates for review, approval, and sign‑off by relevant stakeholders
