As a Senior Product Manager within the Enterprise Data and Analytics Platform team, you will support stakeholders and clients by delivering impactful data and reporting capabilities, while managing the product development lifecycle for AI analytics products.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the AI analytics product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring the timely delivery of new features and providing clear communication to stakeholders around progress and updates
- Prioritize initiatives, features, and stories by balancing stakeholder interests, user needs, technology direction, and product and business strategy
- Synthesize a variety of inputs into building, maintaining, and promoting our data product roadmap
- Mitigate blockers and make tough trade-off decisions between scope and schedule, keeping our team of collaborators focused on concrete milestones and deliverables
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements offered by our partners or more broadly available in the industry if our existing vendors are limiting
- Interface with engineering teams to articulate requirements, product vision, and business priorities utilizing Agile practices
Requirements:
- Solid product management experience, ideally supporting data and/or analytics products
- Prior experience in Revenue Cycle Management
- Proficiency in writing SQL queries from scratch
- Experience with Snowflake and/or Databricks
- Databricks Genie and/or Snowflake Cortex a plus
- Experience with BI dashboard development (Power BI preferred)
- Data Contract and BI Semantic modeling (Power BI preferred)
- Proficiency with Gen AI application and agent architecture, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Prompt design / prompt iteration loops
- Evaluation of LLM outputs (accuracy, hallucination, consistency)
- Agent orchestration framework
- Tooling integration
- Cost/performance tradeoffs (tokens, latency)
