Systems Engineer, Channels - Chicago Area Required

Extreme Networks is a global networking leader committed to fostering an inclusive workplace. They are seeking a Systems Engineer, Channels who will provide technical support and training to partners, enabling them to effectively sell Extreme’s offerings and support customer opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Partner training
• Partner led designs/BoMs
• Regular updates to Partners on the latest and greatest at Extreme
• Support of Partner sponsored events
• Internal SME engagement to maintain skillset
• Measure of Success- Partner growth, enablement and Pipeline creation

Requirements:

• Technical subject matter expertise in support of Extreme Networks Partners
• Ability to develop and maintain the technical competency of partners through training, demos, presentations, and consultation
• Self-starter with a business-minded approach to enabling the partner
• Ability to convey the benefits and details of Extreme's offerings to Partners
• Strong skills in conveying complex concepts, presenting, consultative selling, and network design
• Demonstrated willingness to learn, independent drive, resourcefulness, collaboration, and flexibility
