Google is a leading technology company that focuses on user-centered design. As a Senior Visual Designer for YouTube Design Systems, you will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to create innovative user experiences and maintain a scalable design system for the YouTube product ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
- Explore new visual language patterns and develop a holistic design story to serve as a constant source of inspiration for the YouTube UX organization
- Partner and consult with feature teams to craft innovative ideas that deliver on the core philosophies and capabilities of the YouTube visual design language
- Build partnerships with UX peers to push the boundaries of how design can be implemented across multiple products
- Contribute to the delivery and maintenance of the design language, ensuring all technical specifications and guidance are documented
- Leverage soft skills to form team relationships and deliver high-quality outcomes
