Job description:

• We are looking for a Senior Google Cloud Platform Engineer focused on Networking to architect and operate our cloud network fabric across multi-region and hybrid environments.
• You will own the design of VPC topologies, interconnect strategies, and security perimeters, working closely with platform, security, and application teams to deliver reliable, performant, and cost-efficient connectivity at scale.

• 5+ years in Google Cloud Platform experience focused on Networking.
• Deep understanding of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, DNS, TLS, and HTTP/2
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform networking primitives: VPC, Shared VPC, VPC Peering, PSC
• Strong expertise in Cloud Load Balancing global and regional tiers, NEG configurations
• Experience deploying and troubleshooting Cloud Interconnect and HA VPN
• Proficiency with Terraform for network resource lifecycle management
• Familiarity with Kubernetes networking (GKE) CNI, Services, Ingress, Network Policies
• Working knowledge of Cloud CDN, Media CDN, or Apigee for edge patterns
• Comfort with Python or Go for tooling and automation scripts
