Mechanical Design Engineer

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Design Engineer with a strong background in electro-mechanical systems, CAD design, and circuit troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will contribute to product design, development, and diagnostics while collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical and electro-mechanical components and systems
• Perform tolerance stack-up analysis (GD&T) for components and assemblies
• Conduct electrical troubleshooting and circuit analysis using tools such as oscilloscopes and multimeters
• Create and modify designs using CAD software
• Analyze torque, strain, and acceleration data to support engineering decisions
• Support product validation, testing, and diagnostics
• Work with engineering systems, tools, and databases for documentation and tracking
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product development and improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field
• 2 3 years of relevant engineering experience

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience with CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, Creo, AutoCAD)
• Knowledge of engineering principles, theory, and product design
• Experience with circuit analysis and troubleshooting
• Hands-on experience with engineering tools, systems, and databases
• Experience with electro-mechanical systems or robotics
• Technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
• Product design and development experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with automation or robotics systems
• Exposure to instrumentation including torque, strain, and acceleration analysis
