- Strong expertise in Master Data Management (MDM) with a deep understanding of data models, governance, and integrations.
- Proven track record of leading multiple end-to-end ServiceNow implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of data pipelines, APIs, and batch/real-time integration patterns using AWS services.
- Ability to design and implement secure, scalable integrations between ServiceNow/MDM and AWS-based data platforms.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow data schema, architecture, and integration (REST/SOAP, Integration Hub).
- Active TOGAF certification.
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with executive presence.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, AWS CDK, or CloudFormation.
- Familiarity with data governance, lineage, and compliance in AWS environments (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA).
