NTT DATA is a trusted global innovator of business and technology services, and they are seeking a highly motivated Endpoint Services Business Analyst with strong experience in the healthcare domain. The role involves bridging the gap between business needs and IT endpoint solutions, analyzing and optimizing endpoint services to support clinical and business operations while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with healthcare stakeholders (clinical staff, operations, IT teams) to gather and document business requirements related to endpoint services
- Analyze current endpoint environments (desktops, laptops, mobile devices, virtual desktops) and recommend improvements
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for endpoint solutions
- Support implementation and optimization of endpoint management tools (e.g., Microsoft Intune, SCCM, VMware Workspace ONE)
- Ensure endpoint services comply with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, GDPR, etc.)
- Work closely with infrastructure, security, and application teams to ensure seamless integration
- Conduct gap analysis, impact assessments, and feasibility studies
- Facilitate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and support deployment activities
- Develop process documentation, SOPs, and user guides
- Monitor performance metrics and recommend continuous improvements
- Support incident, problem, and change management processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Healthcare IT, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT, with focus on endpoint services
- 5+ years of strong experience in healthcare domain (hospitals, payers, life sciences, or healthcare IT)
- 3 to 5 years of good understanding of endpoint technologies: Windows/Mac OS environments, Mobile Device Management (MDM/MAM), Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI)
- 3 to 5 years of experience with tools such as: Microsoft Intune / SCCM / Endpoint Manager, ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, GDPR, HITRUST)
- Strong documentation and requirement gathering skills (BRD, FRD, user stories)
- Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall environments
- Experience in digital health, EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner), or clinical workflows
- Knowledge of cybersecurity practices for endpoint protection
- Certifications such as: CBAP / CCBA, ITIL Foundation, Microsoft Endpoint certifications
