Brooksource is seeking a Technical AI Product Manager to expand DaVita’s AI product portfolio. The role involves assessing, designing, and accelerating the delivery of AI capabilities, guiding proof-of-concepts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive AI products from ideation through implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Lead development and execution of AI POCs and MVPs to validate technical feasibility and business value
- Translate complex business use cases into AI product requirements, technical assessments, and implementation roadmaps
- Own the full lifecycle of AI products—from ideation to deployment, monitoring, and optimization
- Design and evaluate RAG architectures, vector search pipelines, hybrid search techniques, and retrieval optimization strategies
- Define and orchestrate agentic workflows, including multi-agent coordination, tool usage strategies, and chain-of-thought safeties
- Partner with engineering to architect multi-agent systems that automate end-to-end business workflows across clinical, operational, and enterprise functions
- Guide development of automated ingestion pipelines for structured & unstructured data including documents, PDFs, images, and enterprise content repositories
- Lead initiatives involving OCR + LLM extraction, document automation, and knowledge capture frameworks
- Drive product direction for enterprise AI assistant capabilities, including semantic search, conversational UI patterns, and contextual workflow automation
- Evaluate, select, and integrate enterprise search platforms and digital assistant tooling
- Evaluate roadmaps and capabilities of emerging AI products/platforms such as: Glean, Microsoft Copilot, Google NotebookLM, Vertex AI, Salesforce Agentforce, Ironclad AI, and similar enterprise tools
- Perform build-vs-buy assessments and lead vendor evaluations for platform integrations
- Provide technical guidance on LLM model selection, prompt engineering best practices, grounding strategies, and guardrail implementation
- Collaborate with engineering on cloud-based data integration and MLOps alignment for scalable deployment
- Work with data scientists, ML engineers, architects, product managers, and clinical/operations stakeholders to ensure the AI solutions meet business and technical requirements
- Communicate highly technical concepts in a way that is accessible to non-technical leaders and decision-makers
- Lead AI Proofs-of-Concept and evaluate effectiveness, model behavior, retrieval performance, and workflow automation results
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and manage AI feature prioritization
- Drive continuous improvement and post-launch optimization for AI products
- Assess new AI technologies and recommend adoption strategies aligned with DaVita’s roadmap
Requirements:
- 3–7+ years in Product Management, Technical Program Management, or AI/ML-focused roles
- Deep understanding of LLMs, Generative AI, RAG architectures, embeddings, vector databases, and agent-based systems
- Experience designing or managing agentic workflows or multi-agent orchestration frameworks
- Experience with digital assistants, enterprise search systems, or conversational AI
- Strong background in cloud-native data ecosystems (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- Ability to independently evaluate AI proposals and provide structured technical assessments
- Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical teams
- Familiarity with Python, SQL, and data science workflows for prototyping or technical validation
- Experience with OCR tools (Tesseract, AWS Textract, Google Document AI) and LLM-based extraction
- Hands-on experience with vector DBs (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, FAISS) and search stacks (Elastic, OpenSearch)
- Familiarity with AI tools like: Glean, Microsoft Copilot / Microsoft Graph AI, Google NotebookLM / Vertex AI, Salesforce Agentforce, Ironclad AI, or similar AI productivity/automation platforms
- Experience in healthcare, regulated environments, or data-sensitive enterprise organizations
