Bayforce is seeking a Senior Systems Integration & Connected Platform Engineer to join their Technology & Architecture team for Connected Services. This hands-on role involves troubleshooting across the full system stack to drive platform reliability, integration, and performance while managing day-to-day platform operations and collaborating with various teams to improve system resilience.
Responsibilities:
- Own day-to-day platform operations, uptime, incident response, and root-cause analysis
- Support hardware provisioning, deployment, and lifecycle management for connected devices
- Troubleshoot issues across hardware, firmware, networking, device connectivity, and platform behavior
- Lead system-level integrations across APIs, device platforms, and connected services
- Partner with IT, DevOps, Security, and Engineering to improve resilience and scalability
- Help ensure reliable customer-facing digital experiences
Requirements:
- Strong experience in systems engineering, platform operations, IoT, or connected product environments
- Hands-on troubleshooting across device, edge, and cloud layers
- Experience with connected devices, edge systems, and hardware/software integration
