Remote Engineering Solutions Lead

Kforce Inc is seeking a Remote Engineering Solutions Lead on a contract basis. The role involves being the main point of contact between site engineering teams and various stakeholders, assisting with engineering solution rollout activities, and driving continuous improvement in maintenance and reliability practices.

Responsibilities:

• The Remote Engineering Solutions Lead will be tasked with being the main point of contact between site engineering teams, leadership, reliability teams, and the information technology team
• The Remote Engineering Solutions Lead will also assist engineering solution rollout activities, run point on continuous improvement in maintenance and reliability practices and communicate operational engineering requirements into solution capabilities

Requirements:

• Must have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or a related technical field
• Must have 10+ years of experience working in engineering, maintenance, or reliability roles within a regulated manufacturing environment
• Must have proven experience working with engineering and asset management platforms
• Must have strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively
• Must be able to problem solve and multi-task
