Full Stack Software Engineer (US, Remote)

Crosslake Technologies is a company focused on supporting changemakers in technology. They are seeking a Full Stack Engineer with strong experience in both frontend and backend development to design and build innovative products and features across various industries.

Responsibilities:

• Design and build end-to-end features across frontend and backend systems
• Develop scalable, maintainable, and secure software architectures
• Implement AI-powered features using LLMs, embeddings, agents, or ML services
• Use AI productivity tools to accelerate development, testing, and documentation
• Collaborate with product, design, and platform teams
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices

Requirements:

• 4+ years of professional software development experience
• Undergraduate degree in Engineering (Computer Science preferred)
• Balanced experience in frontend and backend development
• Strong understanding of scalable system architecture
• Hands-on experience building and deploying production systems
• Practical experience with AI-enabled development
• Experience in tech-focused, engineering-driven companies
• Experience with distributed systems or cloud-native architectures
• Prior work on AI-first or data-intensive products
