Electrical Tech (Assembler)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Electrical Technician (Assembler) to join our team in Crofton, MD.   This is a 6 month contract-to-permanent hire opportunity supporting the assembly, wiring, and testing of electrical and electronic components in a production or light industrial environment. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, reading schematics, and contributing to the build of high-quality systems and equipment.    1st shift - 9am to 5:30pm (30 min lunch)   Must be able to pass background check     #LAT

Responsibilities

Assemble electrical and mechanical components using hand and power tools

Perform wiring, soldering, and cable assembly based on schematics and diagrams

Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical instructions

Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and basic repairs on assembled units

Ensure quality standards and safety procedures are followed

Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Qualifications

Prior experience in electrical assembly, wiring, or technician roles

Ability to read electrical schematics and use basic testing equipment (multimeter, etc.)

Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity

High school diploma or equivalent (technical training preferred)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
