Corpay is currently looking to hire an Implementation Team Lead within our Commercial Card division. This position falls under our Implementations line of business and is located in Brentwood, TN. In this role, you will serve as the subject matter expert and senior point of contact for a team of 25 project managers, providing coaching, guidance, and operational leadership to drive execution excellence and an exceptional client experience. This is an individual contributor role with influence across the team — you will not carry direct people management responsibilities, but you will play a critical role in elevating the performance and product knowledge of the broader implementation team. You will report directly to the Sr. Director of Implementations – Commercial Card.

As a Implementation Team Lead you will be expected to work in a hybrid environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:
• Assigned workspace in our Brentwood, TN office (2 days in office per week)

Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:
Execution Leadership
• Serving as the senior point of contact for complex or high-priority implementations
• Providing guidance and coaching to project managers on product knowledge, customer lifecycle, best practices, timelines, and issue resolution
• Jumping on client calls alongside project managers to provide real-time subject matter expertise and support
• Leading by example through strong execution and ownership of key projects
• Stepping in to support or stabilize at-risk projects as needed
• Managing a smaller subset of customer-facing projects (approximately 5) to maintain active product knowledge and remain eligible for quarterly incentive
Project Oversight & Quality Assurance
• Monitoring portfolio health to ensure projects are progressing according to defined timelines
• Identifying risks, gaps, and inconsistencies across projects and driving corrective actions
• Ensuring adherence to implementation standards, processes, and documentation requirements
Operational Excellence & Process Improvement
• Driving consistency in workflows, tools, and execution across the implementation team
• Identifying opportunities to improve implementation speed, reduce cycle times, and enhance the client experience — from contract with sales through go-live and transition to support
• Partnering with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Vendor Enrollment, Support) to remove friction and streamline internal processes
• Supporting rollout of new products, processes, and system enhancements
Performance & Insights
• Tracking and analyzing key performance metrics including kickoff timelines, go-live timelines, and portfolio aging
• Providing insights and recommendations to leadership on performance trends and improvement opportunities
• Supporting reporting needs including executive summaries and portfolio reviews
Team Enablement & Knowledge Sharing
• Serving as a trusted resource and subject matter expert for the implementation team
• Facilitating knowledge sharing, training, and onboarding support for new team members
• Acting as a liaison between frontline teams and leadership to surface challenges and solutions
Qualifications & Skills
• 5+ years of experience in project management, implementations, or operations; fintech, payments, or SaaS experience preferred
• Strong understanding of implementation lifecycles and client onboarding processes, including the full customer journey from sales handoff through go-live and support transition
• Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and drive outcomes across teams
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and competing priorities
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Comfortable coaching peers and sharing knowledge in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay Transparency
This salary range is provided for locations which require such disclosure. Where a position or applicant may fall in a particular wage range depends on a number of factors including but not limited to skill sets, experience, training, licenses and certifications (if applicable), and other business and organization needs. The disclosed range has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic markets. At Corpay it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. The estimate of the minimum and maximum salary range is $85,000–$95,000.
