Director of AI Product Management, 2 Hour Learning (Remote) - $400,000/year USD

Crossover is seeking a deeply technical product leader to modernize their AI-powered learning ecosystem at 2 Hour Learning. This executive-level role involves overseeing the architecture, technical roadmap, and AI integration of the learning platform to drive student success through innovative education solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the CTO for one or more education products, taking ownership of core capabilities and generating business value through flawless execution and strategic leadership
• Building and applying comprehensive education product expertise to inform strategic choices
• Creating technical specifications that resolve critical technical decisions while prioritizing simplicity, operational efficiency, and sustainable long-term design
• Deploying generative AI technologies to automate and optimize engineering workflows, supporting the strategic goal of minimizing manual effort

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience making critical architecture and design decisions on software projects, including the application of architecture design patterns or major open source technologies
• 4+ years of experience in roles with complete technical and delivery ownership over a revenue-generating product
• Experience leveraging AI agents to design, implement, and test software products or features
