Switch & Card Management: Oversee the delivery of solutions for ATM Switch, Card Management Systems (CMS), and fraud detection modules.
Compliance & Standards: Ensure all deliverables adhere to PCI DSS, ISO 8583, and ISO 20022 messaging protocols.
Stakeholder Management: Act as a bridge between technical teams (DevOps, Architects) and business stakeholders (Legal, Risk, Finance) to align project goals.
Financial Oversight: Manage project budgets, track resource allocation, and conduct financial analysis to ensure project viability.
Technical Requirements
Domain Knowledge: Extensive experience with issuing and acquiring processing, card scheme compliance (Visa/Mastercard/UPI), and clearing and settlement systems.
Switching Environments: Proven history working in EFT transaction switching, online banking, or payment hub implementations.
Methodologies: Proficiency in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies.
Tools: Expert use of Jira, MS Project, and payment simulators for testing.
