
Maintains knowledge on current and emerging developments/trends for assigned area(s) or responsibility, assess the impact, and collaborates with management to incorporate new trends and developments in current and future solutions. Champions and enhances organizational initiatives by positively influencing and supporting change management and/or departmental/enterprise initiatives within assigned area(s) of responsibility. Serves as a resource to team members and applicable internal/external stakeholders on more complex assignments/projects for his/her assigned area(s) of responsibility. Identifies and recommends process improvements that significantly reduce workloads or improve quality for his/her assigned area(s) of responsibility. Consults/Analyze on more complex assignments and/or projects for his/her assigned area(s) of responsibility. Act as the primary point of contact for more complex contract administration, supplier questions, contract initiations and contract renewals for all Strategic Sourcing categories. Facilitate preparation of more complex contract exhibits, which include scope, specifications, pricing and special instructions. Coordinate with business and technical leads, and Legal as part of the contract review process Obtain and review competitive bids, quotes and proposals from suppliers and; evaluate and provide recommendations to requestors and subject matter experts as warranted Facilitate renewals of more complex contracts ensuring continuation of service. Evaluate and monitor service contract performance to ensure compliance with contracted obligations and statements of work; provide support on clarifying contract requirements and resolving conflicts. Identify opportunities to improve supplier cost and internal cost management, while conforming with and supporting procurement strategies Identify opportunities to streamline procurement processes to improve customer service for contract administration/development Prepare for and provide support during company and external compliance audits. Ensure executed contracts are filed and incorporated in the Ariba Contract Module; advise business partners of upcoming contract renewal and renewal options
