Required Skills & Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in software development
Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot
Hands-on experience with Microservices architecture
Experience with Apache Kafka or similar messaging systems
Strong experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases
Experience with OpenShift (OCP) or other container orchestration platforms
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, design patterns, and distributed systems
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
