Responsibilities

- Define campaign goals, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and inform campaign design.
2. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as the primary point of contact for all campaign-related activities, coordinating with internal teams (e.g., categories, creators, products, marketing, design) and external partners (e.g., agencies, vendors).
- Facilitate regular meetings to ensure alignment, track progress, and resolve issues.
- Foster a collaborative environment to drive innovation and efficiency in campaign execution.
3. Campaign Development and Execution
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of campaigns, from ideation to launch and post-campaign analysis.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within scope.
- Monitor campaign performance in real-time, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
4. Stakeholder Management
- Communicate campaign progress, challenges, and results to leadership and key stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external partners to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Manage expectations and provide regular updates to ensure transparency and alignment.
5. Process Improvement and Innovation
- Identify opportunities to streamline campaign processes and improve efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in campaign strategies.
- Develop and implement best practices for campaign management across the organization.

- Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
