Forward Deployed Engineer

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will work with internal teams to identify inefficiencies and implement AI-powered systems that enhance operational effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with internal functional leaders and subject matter expects to identify high-friction processes and high-value opportunities to redesign how work gets done using AI
• Rapidly prototype, ship, and iterate agent workflows that drive measurable improvements in speed, quality, or efficiency
• Build trust with non-technical stakeholders through clear communication, demos, and practical enablement
• Design and maintain evaluation and feedback loops (e.g., LangChain-based evals) to assess quality, reliability, and safety
• Capture what works and turn it into reusable patterns, playbooks, templates, and internal tooling
• Surface insights from field work to inform broader AI strategy, product direction, and organizational design
• Model strong engineering hygiene: documentation, versioning, monitoring, and continuous iteration

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
• Strong software fundamentals and ability to ship production-quality code
• Experience with LLM tooling or agent frameworks
• Comfort operating in ambiguous problem spaces and defining the problem as you go
• Clear, empathetic communicator with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Demonstrated ownership and follow-through
• Exposure to evaluation, experimentation, or quality measurement for AI systems
• Experience building internal tools, workflows, or automations for business teams
• Interest in teaching, enablement, or documentation as a force multiplier
