They are seeking an experienced Talent Management Lead to serve as the primary liaison between HR Shared Services and US leadership teams, managing critical talent processes and ensuring compliance with policy and standards.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and support recruitment planning
- Ensure job requisitions are accurately created, approved, and tracked within Workday or the ATS system
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to track hiring progress, candidate pipelines, and hiring metrics
- Ensure compliance with hiring policies, documentation standards, and recruitment governance requirements
- Support coordination of employee training and development programs aligned with business and leadership goals
- Identify skill gaps in collaboration with HR and business stakeholders and recommend relevant learning initiatives
- Track training participation, completion rates, and program effectiveness through LMS or internal systems
- Support onboarding training programs and continuous learning initiatives to strengthen employee capability and performance
- Support the execution of the performance management cycle including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual performance evaluations
- Partner with managers and HR teams to ensure employee objectives align with organizational goals and performance expectations
- Monitor performance review timelines and ensure completion of evaluations within defined schedules
- Maintain performance documentation and support managers with guidance on feedback discussions and performance improvement processes
