About this role
Akkodis is seeking a Software Engineer, Accessibility Specialist for a Contract position. The role requires experience with WCAG and involves developing software with a focus on accessibility, utilizing technologies such as TypeScript, React, and Java/J2EE.
Responsibilities:
- Need experience with WCAG
- Minimum of 3 years of development experience in TypeScript, React, Redux (Vanilla, Saga, Thunk, & RTK), React Testing Library (RTL)
- Minimum of 5 years of development experience in Java/J2EE technologies
- Hands-on experience with XML, Web Services (SOAP, WSDL, etc.), JMS, Spring and SQL
- Proficiency in React.js and its core principles
- Knowledge of React Hooks, Props, Redux, and Reducer framework
- Experience with useQuery and useMutation APIs
- Familiarity with Context API
- Strong understanding of TypeScript
- Knowledge of Kendo UI is a plus
- Excellent analysis, consulting, and communication skills
- Experience in healthcare software or other highly regulated industries
- Experience with agile development methodology
- Familiarity with design systems and component libraries in enterprise SaaS contexts
