Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses, seeking a Marketing Services Program Manager to oversee marketing campaign execution. This role involves collaborating with various teams to enhance marketing efforts, drive operational efficiency, and implement process improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the process owner for campaign execution across email, landing pages, and paid media, supporting Growth, Lifecycle, Global Campaigns marketing teams
- Scope campaign requirements, assess complexity, and lead capacity planning to ensure smooth and timely execution
- Consult on best practices in Marketo and Braze, with a focus on automation, scalability, and operational design
- Design and execute complex nurture and trigger campaigns, then standardize and scale them for broader use
- Partner with marketing stakeholders to streamline workflows, reduce friction, and optimize campaign delivery
- Lead programs to address recurring execution challenges—defining objectives, success metrics, and building repeatable processes
- Identify operational risks early, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and implement sustainable solutions
- Drive ongoing improvements in marketing execution through process innovation, automation, and efficiency
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Growth, Regional and Demand Marketing, Engineering, and Design to align on priorities and execution strategy
- Maintain scalable documentation and support coordination with offshore production teams
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a marketing automation or campaign management role, ideally within a fast-paced environment
- 3+ years of proven expertise in Marketo and Braze, with a strong track record of developing scalable programs and driving successful campaign outcomes
- Demonstrated project management skills with experience leading cross-functional initiatives
- Excellent communication skills, able to convey complex ideas effectively and tailor messaging to diverse stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented mindset to track performance metrics, analyze data, and identify opportunities for improvement
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Proactive, with a growth mindset and a passion for continuous learning and improvement
- Experience in the technology or financial services sectors, ideally within a high-growth company
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels, including paid media, SEO, and landing page optimization
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools and processes to enhance efficiency and scalability in campaign execution
- Strong adaptive skills with a proven ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment
- Experience managing or collaborating with an offshore production team to streamline operations
