Akkodis is seeking a Senior Software Engineer, Accessibility Specialist for a contract role. The successful candidate will develop solutions that help customers integrate with the product suite, focusing on building accessible products and participating in design discussions and coding for both backend and frontend.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of development experience in TypeScript, React, Redux (Vanilla, Saga, Thunk, & RTK), React Testing Library (RTL)
- Minimum of 5 years of development experience in Java/J2EE technologies
- Hands-on experience with XML, Web Services (SOAP, WSDL, etc.), JMS, Spring and SQL
- Experience in complex data analysis, data migrations, and system integration of software products into complex IT environments
- Experience in writing/understanding quality database queries or stored procedures that are reliable, scalable, and reusable
- Development experience on the Linux operating system and WebLogic Application Server
- Experience working with integration middleware or enterprise system bus (ESB) technologies such as iWay, Spring, or Apache Camel and OSGI containers like Apache Karaf
- Experience with Design Patterns and Enterprise Integration Patterns, including file transfers, messaging, routing, transforming, enriching, etc
- Experience with source control software (Bitbucket), unit testing (JUnit), and build automation/CI (Jenkins)
- Proficiency in React.js and its core principles
- Knowledge of React Hooks, Props, Redux, and Reducer framework
- Experience with useQuery and useMutation APIs
- Familiarity with Context API
- Strong understanding of TypeScript
- Experience with Kendo UI
- BS/BA in CS or related field
- Excellent analysis, consulting, and communication skills
- Experience in healthcare software or other highly regulated industries
- Experience with agile development methodology
- Familiarity with design systems and component libraries in enterprise SaaS contexts
- Relevant certifications such as CPACC, WAS, DHS Trusted Tester, or CPWA (IAAP)
