Amplifire is a leading AI Learning Platform headquartered in Boulder, CO, that focuses on delivering effective training solutions based on brain science. They are seeking a Community & Events Manager to oversee their presence at industry events and manage hosted events and community programs to enhance client learning and engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Own strategy and coordination for Amplifire's presence at industry conferences and trade shows, including event selection, internal alignment, and pre/post-event follow-up
- Manage all logistics: vendor coordination, materials, shipping, and inventory, to ensure a consistent, high-quality presence
- Lead end-to-end execution of hosted virtual events and webinar programs, including client summits, roundtables, and affinity groups
- Engage internal subject matter experts and leadership as key stakeholders on content and speaker strategy
- Support growth of the Healthcare Alliance and help build communities in new industry verticals
- Manage event campaigns and data across CRM, marketing automation, and webinar platforms
- Partner with Revenue Operations to translate event activity into pipeline and retention insights
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B events, community, or partnership marketing
- Proven ability to manage multiple events simultaneously with strong attention to detail
- Experience coordinating both external conference presence and hosted or virtual events
- Comfortable engaging with senior client and prospect stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred) and webinar tools (e.g., Zoom, ON24)
- Experience in healthcare or other regulated, high-stakes industries preferred
