The Engineering Product Management Specialist will drive the evolution of the Renewals Opportunity Management platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance user experiences and manage product backlogs.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the evolution of our Renewals Opportunity Management platform by translating complex business requirements into intuitive user stories to improve seller efficiency
• Collaborate daily with cross-functional teams, including UX designers and engineers, to refine design mockups and functional specifications that ensure high-quality product delivery
• Manage the product backlog by prioritizing feature enhancements and documenting clear acceptance criteria to streamline the development lifecycle
• Analyze user feedback and operational data to identify key pain points, ensuring our product roadmap consistently addresses the most critical needs of our users
• Champion a user-centric approach to product development to ensure every platform update results in a more seamless and impactful customer experience
