QA Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Champion the quality of UGG.com’s digital experience by rigorously testing web-based UI features, ensuring every customer interaction is seamless, accessible, and engaging
• Collaborate across development, product, marketing, and design teams to shape innovative solutions, providing insightful feedback that elevates both user experience and business outcomes
• Drive continuous improvement by actively participating in Agile ceremonies, sharing your expertise, and helping the team deliver high-impact releases with confidence
• Set the standard for performance and compliance, making sure UGG.com meets ADA and web performance benchmarks—so every visitor feels welcome and valued
• Empower the team with your guidance, transforming development tickets into polished, reliable features that inspire trust and loyalty in our customers

Requirements:

• Associate or bachelor's degree in a software-related field
• 1-3 years of experience in QA, specifically in web development
• Strong understanding of web fundamentals: HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Solid grasp of UX and UI principles in the context of QA
• Ability to understand and communicate best practices to cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with ADA and compliance standards (e.g., Core Web Vitals)
• Experience with QA frameworks
• E-commerce experience
