OpenSesame is a trusted partner for workforce reinvention in the age of AI, delivering integrated software and expert services. The Lifecycle Marketing Manager will own the email channel operations, utilizing AI to enhance campaign effectiveness and improve customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Own the execution layer of the email channel – operations, performance, deliverability, and compliance
- Manage campaign builds, database health, and workflows
- Use AI to streamline execution and personalize interactions
- Ensure a seamless experience for prospects and reliable data for decision-making
- Independently own the build, QA, and launch of 3+ campaigns across email, webinar, event, or partner channels
- Map and document current campaign ops processes for at least two recurring campaign types
- Build and launch your first AI agent
- Draft a structured intake checklist and Asana template for campaign requests
- Contribute optimization ideas based on email performance data
- Own the email channel end-to-end, including a defined testing roadmap and ongoing performance optimization
- Build and launch at least one AI-powered nurture sequence with improved personalization or segmentation
- Lead a campaign retrospective using a HubSpot dashboard and share findings with the marketing team
- Contribute at least one documented, scalable workflow to the team's shared AI playbook

- Ability to map and document current campaign ops processes
- Experience in contributing optimization ideas based on email performance data
- Ability to build and launch AI-powered nurture sequences
- Experience leading campaign retrospectives and sharing findings with the marketing team
- Ability to partner with relevant stakeholders to finalize and socialize an org-wide campaign intake and ops process
