About this role
Blossom Health is addressing the mental health epidemic in America by partnering with psychiatrists to enhance access to mental healthcare. The Clinical Field Liaison will focus on growing patient referrals by building relationships with healthcare providers, becoming a trusted partner in delivering psychiatric help to patients.
Responsibilities:
- Spend ~4 days per week in the field, meeting with providers within your territory
- Proactively research, prospect, and identify new provider partners
- Build trust and credibility with leads, converting them into loyal referral partners who entrust Blossom with caring for their patients' psych needs
- Develop authentic, long-term relationships not only with providers but also with clinic staff — including medical assistants, office managers, and administrators — ensuring the entire office is engaged in supporting patient referrals
- Help shape the Clinical Liaison function by refining processes, creating resources, and sharing best practices that strengthen the team
