Title: Azure Admin
Year of exp: 8+ years
Duration: Onsite
Support and maintain the ION RightAngle applications and related to system customization and integrations.
Provide technical solutions for system enhancements and upgrades
Investigate, diagnose and resolve service requests or incidents according to their priority/rank/impact
Work with functional team and business users to identify and resolve issues adversely impacting business processes
Define technical solutions ensuring considerations for system stability, performance, and ongoing maintainability of the application
Document issues and enhancements with the appropriate level of detail
Complete analysis, testing and deployment of system upgrades, patches, and custom code releases
Follow defined change management procedures and internal guidelines
Maintain documentation (run books, technical design, build, deployment, install guides) and process standards in area of responsibility along with regular audits to validate accuracy
Familiarity with any of the following products: Allegro, Waterfield, OneStream, UltiPro, Oracle Cloud Financials, Boomi is a plus
Implement security measures like encryption, firewalls, and identity access management (IAM).
Availability to support after hours on business-critical situations and scheduled tasks
Good Experience DevOps Principles (Azure, Git, etc..), building Azure pipelines, Azure Functions, Azure SQL managed databases(snowflakes), web apps etc..
Migration Experience between Azure and AWS.
Monitor performance and availability of Azure resources using Azure Monitor, Azure Advisor, and other tools.
Optimize resource utilization to minimize costs, including setting up auto-scaling and performance tuning
