Clinical Field Liaison - Hudson Valley

Blossom Health is dedicated to addressing the mental health epidemic in America through their AI-native care platform. The Clinical Field Liaison will focus on building relationships with healthcare providers to increase patient referrals and promote Blossom's mental healthcare services.

Responsibilities:

• Spend ~4 days per week in the field, meeting with providers within your territory
• Proactively research, prospect, and identify new provider partners
• Build trust and credibility with leads, converting them into loyal referral partners who entrust Blossom with caring for their patients' psych needs
• Develop authentic, long-term relationships not only with providers but also with clinic staff — including medical assistants, office managers, and administrators — ensuring the entire office is engaged in supporting patient referrals
• Help shape the Clinical Liaison function by refining processes, creating resources, and sharing best practices that strengthen the team
