Roblox is a platform that empowers users to create and connect in immersive digital experiences. The Associate Art Director will participate in a rotational program to gain hands-on experience and mentorship while working on impactful marketing campaigns that shape the visual direction of the platform.
Responsibilities:
- Learn to apply and push the boundaries of the Roblox visual identity through concept-driven, high-craft art direction
- Concept, craft, and execute creative ideas across multiple mediums, including mobile, social, film, interactive content, brand activations, OOH, and experiential events
- Rotate and collaborate as you work across different pods within the Brand Creative and Design teams, learning from art directors, copywriters, and brand designers to bring ideas to life
- Learn the full creative lifecycle from initial brainstorming and mood-boarding to final production and implementation, and come to understand the craft required to meet our rigorous standards for quality
- Present and advocate for ideas that solve real audience problems. You will share and present your creative concepts to internal teams, building alignment and learning how to thoughtfully incorporate feedback into your process
