Requirements:
- High School Diploma/equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months of customer service experience
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to type 25+ words per minute
- Comfort with desktop systems and Windows‑based tools
- Log interaction details accurately for quality and reporting purposes
- Communicate effectively and respectfully across all interactions
- Handle sensitive or confidential information with professionalism
- Aim to resolve concerns on the first contact through proactive problem‑solving
- De‑escalate challenging situations with patience and empathy
