Epiq is a company that contributes to complex, global legal outcomes and seeks a Customer Success Manager to help customers adopt and grow with their AI-enabled legal technology platforms. The role involves guiding onboarding, training users, and driving adoption of Epiq’s platforms to ensure long-term value for clients.
Responsibilities:
- Own relationships with a portfolio of customers using Epiq’s SaaS products
- Help customers onboard, adopt, and expand their use of AI‑driven legal technology
- Train and support end users on new features and workflows
- Communicate product updates, release notes, and best practices
- Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Operations teams
- Provide customer feedback that helps shape future product improvements
Requirements:
- Experience supporting customers in a SaaS, legal tech, or eDiscovery environment
- Ability to teach users and simplify complex technology
- Comfortable working with different types of stakeholders - from daily users to executive decision‑makers
- Ability to thrive in environments where processes are evolving and growing
- Strong communication skills and a customer‑first mindset
