The Product Manager Expert will collaborate with Product Managers and various partners to guide product vision, manage the development lifecycle, and ensure governance readiness while overseeing agile execution and product stability.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Product Managers to guide vision, roadmap, and backlog
- Collaborate with end-users and partners including Analytics, Engineering, Product Managers, Legal, Compliance) to understand business/technical needs and translate them into clear requirements and acceptance criteria
- You will be reporting to the VP of Product, Clarity
- Consolidation of all business and technical requirements into project-based epics/stories to have clearly defined development cycle/milestones
- Partner with Product Managers/Analytics to define attribute logic, score requirements, segmentation, cutoffs, and success metrics
- You will oversee the full development lifecycle: requirements → solution design → build → validation → rollout → monitoring → iteration
- You will build testing and rollout plans (shadow mode, phased launches, rollback)
- You will have at least 8+ years of experience in Product Management and 2+ years as a Product Owner
- You will partner with product managers to ensure governance readiness, including documentation, auditability, traceability, versioning, and explainability where applicable
- You will establish monitoring for solution/platform stability to allow incident response
- You will guide agile execution through backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, retros, and ongoing prioritization as needs change
- You will evaluate sales and client support questions/tasks to the appropriate product manager, analytics, engineering, and product support partners
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience as a Product Manager
- 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner delivering data/analytics or decisioning products into production
- Product fundamentals: define vision, build roadmap, manage backlog, write clear epics/stories and acceptance criteria
- Hands-on Agile/Scrum delivery: backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews/retros; ability to keep teams aligned and unblocked
