AAA The Auto Club Group is seeking a Salesforce Developer to support their Salesforce environment through user management, customization, and implementation of applications. The role involves developing custom solutions, managing user licenses, and ensuring adherence to Salesforce best practices.
Responsibilities:
- The Salesforce Developer is responsible for the day-to-day support of the Salesforce environment, users, configuration, customization, and implementation of custom applications
- All aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules
- Develop custom solutions and interfaces using the Salesforce platform
- Experience working in Flows, LWC, Aura and Apex
- Review, implement and propagate Salesforce Best Practices
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or other technical degree or in the alternative a combination of education, certifications and work experience equivalent to a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology
- 2+ year of Salesforce Developer Experience
- Experience in working with CD/CI DevOps tools( BitBuket, Jenkins)
- Experience in Salesforce configuration and development
- Experience working with source code repositories
- Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile Experience
- Experience in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Thorough knowledge in Salesforce Reports and Dashboards
- Develop Apex (classes and triggers), Lightning Components to extend Salesforce in order to support business requirements
- SOQL or other Database Query Language proficiency
- Work on outbound and inbound integrations from/to Salesforce
- Ability to learn quickly, ask questions, understand business requirements, and provide workable solutions to our customers
- Knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud processes
- Certified Salesforce Administrator or Certified Platform Developer I
- Knowledge of Salesforce Field Service and CRM Analytics
