Infosys BPM is seeking to hire a Senior Director of New Business Sales to manage and expand the Infosys footprint across new client accounts in the Financial Services domain. The Senior Director is responsible for opening new accounts, managing business development, and ensuring client delivery assurance while collaborating with internal teams.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and expand the Infosys footprint across new client accounts in the Financial Services domain
- Opening new accounts for Infosys BPM
- Utilize existing network of contacts to open doors along with cross-selling BPM services to Infosys Limited clients and New client for Infosys group
- Manage build a project portfolio
- Own the opportunity management cycle: Prospect-Evaluate-Propose-Close
- Collaborate with all delivery stakeholders involved to ensure fulfillment of all commitments to the client and the SLAs are being measured and met
- Understand commercial models and understand art of commercial negotiation
- Run and Manage large TCV deals
- Work with Internal teams to build the right solutions for the client
- Create a sales strategy with a list of must have accounts from a Target Account List
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution
- 11+ years of experience, with strong sales/relationship management/account management experience
- Significant new business development and similar large deal experience
- Ability to utilize extensive contact list to bring in new logo business
- Track record of interacting and building relationships with CXO level client contact
- Understanding of sales cycle, key influencers, budget cycles and client's bid process
- Hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentations
- Ability to collaborate with internal cross functional teams for support
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Wide variety of BPO, Management Consulting and Business Consulting engagement experience
- Should have experience in running large deals TCV >25Mn
- Track record as a Hunter with the ability to bring new contacts and new logos with extensive connections within the domain
- Knowledge of Financial services Industry with deep domain expertise in any of the following sub verticals: Cards and Payments, Banks, Capital Markets, Market Data and Crypto
- Good understanding of industry specific business issues and drivers in BPO outsourcing space
- Global Delivery Model experience
