About this role
Yochana is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to design, build, and support scalable solutions in a compliance driven, regulated Salesforce environment. The role focuses on modern Salesforce development and enterprise integrations, requiring deep expertise in Apex, LWC, and Certinia.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools
- Implement complex workflows, triggers, and process automation to streamline business operations
- Configure and extend the capabilities in Certinia OIM, Accounting and PSA
- Build and maintain custom objects, fields, and relationships to meet business requirements
- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools
- Partner with the product manager and compliance team to translate requirements into technical solutions, leveraging expertise in Salesforce design patterns and technical best practices
- Run design walkthroughs, demos, UAT support, and production readiness activities
- Ownership of solutions with the ability to mentor junior developers and explain business impact
Requirements:
- 7–12 years of experience in Salesforce development with a strong track record of delivering high-quality solutions
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Experience with Salesforce configuration, including Flows, and Validation Rules
- Proven experience with Certinia Accounting, PSA, and OIM implementations (Strongly preferred)
- Familiarity with integrating Salesforce using APIs and middleware tools
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security and sharing models
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (mandatory); Platform Developer II certification is preferred
- Knowledge of Salesforce features like Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ
- Exposure to Salesforce Gov Cloud
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools (e.g., SFDX, Git, Copado)
- Exposure to Agile development methodologies and tools like ADO, JIRA
- Basic understanding of web development technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
