Valnet is hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to directly manage and scale paid acquisition for one or more assigned products within our digital portfolio. This is a hands on role with day to day ownership of campaign execution, optimization, and scaling, with direct accountability for growth, efficiency, and unit economics.
Responsibilities:
- Own paid acquisition strategy and execution across paid search
- Directly manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, with exposure to Meta or other platforms as needed
- Own relationships and performance management for lead generation partners and marketplaces Valnet works with
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and performance targets tied to product level unit economics
- Monitor performance at campaign and product level, identifying inefficiencies and scaling opportunities
- Design and execute structured experiments across funnels, landing pages, ad copy, and bidding strategies
- Collaborate with content and SEO teams to plan and prioritize content aligned with product strategy and performance insights
- Work closely with developers to scope and ship acquisition related features such as forms, landing pages, and tracking implementations
Requirements:
- 4 to 10 years of hands-on experience in performance or growth marketing with direct ownership of paid media
- Strong experience managing paid search at scale, including Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
- Proven track record managing meaningful budgets with accountability for ROI and efficiency
- Strong analytical capability with fluency in GA4, Looker Studio or similar BI tools, and spreadsheets
- Solid understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and data quality tradeoffs
- Experience running CRO initiatives and interpreting landing page and funnel performance
- Comfortable working in fast moving, performance driven environments with minimal process overhead
- Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and content strategy is an asset
- Experience in insurance, finance, or regulated lead generation verticals is a strong asset
