Senior Product Engineering Manager

ICONMA is an IT Services and Consulting company seeking a Senior Product Engineering Manager for their Remote location. The role involves overseeing the design, development, and deployment of innovative solutions in the Payer domain, requiring strong technical expertise and leadership in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• The Sr. Product Engineering Manager will oversee the design, development, and deployment of innovative solutions in the Payer domain using .Net, SQL, Azure, and Facets technologies
• This hybrid role requires strong technical expertise, domain knowledge, and leadership to drive impactful results in a collaborative environment

Requirements:

• Strong SSIS administration experience with hands on installation, configuration, and support of TriZetto Facets
• Experience supporting Facets components including Batch, Broker, and Data Publisher
• Strong Microsoft SQL Server and database skills, including querying system tables, data analysis, and writing ad hoc Facets scripts
• Facets G6 transition planned; Azure experience required
• Experience with Dynatrace monitoring and Windows server environments
• Installation, upgrade, and troubleshooting experience with Facets products including: Facets Interactive (PZB), Facets Core Batch, Facets Broker, Facets Data Pub, Facets NetworX and Workflow, CMU, Optum Rate Manager, Optum Easy Grouper, Facets G6
• Certificate and service account maintenance/automation
• Windows system and server administration
• Website and web service server maintenance
• Software installation using uDeploy
• CI/CD automation
• Dynatrace
• 12.00 Years of Experience
