About this role

Scalence L.L.C. is seeking a Saviynt Engineer to implement, configure, and support Saviynt Identity Governance Administration solutions. The role involves collaboration with architects, security teams, and business stakeholders to ensure effective access governance across on-prem and cloud environments.

Responsibilities:

Implement and configure Saviynt IGA solutions including Identity Lifecycle Management, Access Request Management, and Access Certifications
Configure and customize Saviynt workflows, rules, jobs, approvals, and notifications
Perform application onboarding using standard and custom connectors
Develop and maintain integrations with Active Directory / Azure AD / Entra ID
Support audits by providing access evidence, reports, and documentation
Collaborate with architects and security teams to align implementation with design
Participate in upgrades, enhancements, and tool migrations
Maintain strong documentation and follow SDLC and change-management processes

Requirements:

6–8 years' experience in IAM / Identity Governance
2-3 years hands-on Saviynt experience (EIC / IGA / Security Manager)
Strong experience in Identity Lifecycle Management (JML), Access Certifications, and SoD
Experience integrating IAM solutions in hybrid and cloud environments
Good understanding of IAM controls, audit requirements, and compliance needs
Strong communication skills and ability to work with global delivery teams
Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry

CISSP / CISM
