Principal Quality Engineering Strategist

They are seeking a Principal Quality Engineering Specialist to serve as a senior technical expert in testing and quality assurance, focusing on designing advanced testing frameworks and automation strategies to ensure system reliability and performance.

Responsibilities:

• Design advanced testing frameworks and automation strategies
• Lead complex testing and quality assurance initiatives
• Ensure system reliability and performance through testing and validation
• Develop performance testing and load testing strategies
• Establish testing best practices and standards
• Support integration testing and system validation
• Provide technical leadership to QA teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 12+ years of software testing or quality engineering experience
• Experience with automated testing frameworks
• Experience with performance and load testing
• Experience with enterprise software systems
• Experience with cloud-based testing environments
• Experience with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with enterprise platform testing
• Experience with test automation tools
