1KOMMA5° is creating Germany's largest one-stop-shop for the sale, installation, and servicing of solar panels, heat pumps, electricity solutions, and charging infrastructure. They are seeking a Product Manager to own the development and scaling of their service offerings, connecting hardware, software, and energy solutions to enhance customer experience and drive profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Define Product Vision and Strategy: Shape the roadmap for our global service and recurring-revenue portfolio, including warranty, maintenance, monitoring, and digital service products. Align business models with customer value and operational efficiency
- Drive Product Lifecycle: Lead the end-to-end product process — from market research and concept validation to rollout, optimization, and scaling across regions
- Enable Recurring Revenue Models: Develop offerings and pricing structures that create sustainable, predictable revenue. Ensure operational executability, profitability, and a strong customer experience
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, Market Operations, and Commercial teams to translate insights and operational feedback into scalable product solutions
- Customer and Market Focus: Leverage customer feedback, competitive analysis, and market trends to continuously refine and expand our service offerings
- Operational Excellence: Define and monitor KPIs to measure adoption, margin performance, and service quality. Identify levers to improve efficiency, cost structure, and customer satisfaction
- Innovation and Ownership: Take ownership for building our service-driven ecosystem and push boundaries to make 1KOMMA5° a market leader in integrated energy solutions
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Energy Management, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in Product Management or Business Development, ideally in the energy, technology, or SaaS sector
- Strong understanding of recurring revenue models, pricing mechanics, and customer value creation
- Proven track record of turning customer needs and operational insights into scalable product solutions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across functions and hierarchies
- Entrepreneurial, structured, and execution-driven mindset with a passion for ownership
- Fluent in English and German
