Nona Biosciences is seeking a highly motivated, strategic, and scientifically fluent Product Marketing Manager to drive the positioning, go-to-market strategy, and commercialization support for Nona’s proprietary technology platforms. The role involves managing strategic marketing initiatives, developing marketing strategies, and collaborating with various teams to ensure consistent messaging and visibility across global markets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies ensuring differentiation and commercial potential of Nona’s technology platforms
- Lead the development of positioning frameworks, value propositions, and go-to-market plans that align with company goals and drive platform visibility across global markets
- Define and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment between scientific innovation, market trends, and partner needs
- Lead product-level messaging, positioning, and market differentiation efforts, producing clear and data-driven materials such as pitch decks, case studies, technical brochures, and one-pagers
- Work cross-functionally with Content Marketing, Business Development, and R&D teams to ensure messaging consistency across all channels and campaigns
- Lead the creation of BD-facing assets and play a key role in developing launch materials for new offerings, partnerships, and licensing opportunities
- Ongoing competitive analysis, landscape monitoring, and performance reporting to identify opportunities for growth and refinement
- Support strategic communications and publication initiatives tied to platform milestones, contributing to Nona’s visibility as a global technology provider
- Develop and monitor pricing strategy, competitive analysis, and market landscape tracking
- Collaborate with Content Marketing for technical storytelling and lead-generation campaigns
- Contribute to strategic communications and publications tied to platform milestones
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Biology, Immunology, Biotechnology, or other related scientific/technical field
- 5+ years of experience in biotech marketing or product management
- Deep understanding of antibody discovery, bispecifics/multispecifics, or cell/gene therapy
- Skilled at translating science into commercial value
- Strong communication, project management, and technical skills
- Analytical skills, technical curiosity, and creative problem-solving are critical for success
- Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross-functionally and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in applying AI tools in daily works
- Experience with digital campaign or collateral development tools are highly desirable
