What You'll Be Doing (Your Duties)
- Be on the front lines of innovation by administering various in-person data collections.
- Get your hands on the future by testing unreleased devices and putting them through their paces.
- Become a device wizard by flashing and updating mobile phones with the latest software.
- Be the team's crucial link by creating and escalating tickets to ensure problems get solved fast.
- Champion quality by performing constant checks and ensuring our work is top-notch.
- Help build our knowledge by creating and maintaining clear, helpful documentation.
